It's official that I haven't lost any weight. I thought for sure, as did my husband, that dropping the sugar from the dew out of my diet would shed at least a few pounds. But alas, nothing. I've gotten a little lax lately due to the discouragement. I'm staying away from the dew, just one here or there, but I'm eating more sweets than I had been.

I'm going to start exercising although I hate it with a passion. I know I'll need to start slow and build up, but I'm not sure what to start with yet. Joining a gym isn't an option so it has to be something at home.
